Once you’ve completed our questionnaire, our system works to determine the best fitted therapist match for you. Once complete, you will be given a number of options to choose from. You can change therapist at any time or select any from our therapist directory.

Step 3 - Begin Healing

Once you’ve selected your therapist, you can begin to book your session. You can choose any available time to suit you. Once booked, we will send you a confirmation email and a Zoom link, where you will meet your therapist. No risk or commitment required.
