What qualifications will my therapist have?

All of our therapists are insured and are fully accredited or pre-accredited members of a recognised Professional Body or Organisation Governed by a Recognised Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Process (i.e. IACP, PSI, IAHIP, NAPCP, APCP, BACP). All of them have a minimum level 8 qualifications, but majority Masters Degree.

Are you covered by your private medical insurance? We work with all major insurers VHI, Laya and Irish Life. Please ensure you check directly with your health insurer for details of what you are covered for under your own specific policy. Fettle cannot confirm whether or not you are covered to see our various therapists under any specific insurance plans. We provide receipts for every session booked.

Do Fettle offer refunds & how do I pay for online therapy?

Individual sessions can be cancelled 48 hours before the appointment date and a full refund is returned minus a €20 processing fee. If you cannot cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will lose the full session fee. If you have booked a session that is scheduled to take place within the next 48 hours, please be aware that it is non-refundable if you decide to cancel, in accordance with our 48-hour cancellation policy. Bundles are unfortunately non-refundable as they have been purchased at a non standard pricing.

You can pay when scheduling your session with a therapist on our website or alternatively payments by our team are automatically run 72 hours before your scheduled session by are payments team. If you have purchased one of our bundles, your code will automatically be added to your scheduled session.
