About me

I hope that by providing this service, I can facilitate you on your journey to personal growth and healing. Working on our own mental health is one of the most beneficial acts of self-care that we can do so it is my goal to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to achieve greater self-awareness and personal growth.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and combines elements from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to your own unique needs. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Internal Family Systems, Parts Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have over 4 years of experience working in various mental health services in Ireland such as community mental health services, treatment centres, and with the PCI counselling service. I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP (M14713).

I believe in providing the most effective therapy for my clients and so I commit my time to regularly attending professional development workshops and seminars to stay up to date with the latest advancements in psychotherapy.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to working alongside you to create meaningful and lasting change. By seeking therapy, you have already begun your healing journey and I am looking forward to helping you continue to heal and grow.
