I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor (BACP registered), with further training in Meditation & Mindfulness-based approaches. I provide support for a range of issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, stress, and relationship issues, as well as helping people to overcome life's difficulties and support personal growth.
In these sessions, I will provide a non-judgemental and accepting space to allow you to talk and be heard with empathy and understanding. I primarily use a non-directive approach, promoting agency over your own feelings and perceptions.
