Nicole holds an MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the Irish college of Applied Humanities and Social Sciences (ICHAS). She also holds a BSc (hons) in Nursing (General) from the University of Limerick and has worked in healthcare since 2015. As a result, Nicole has experience with a diverse range of clients and recognises that various aspects of life can impact on mental health. Nicole is a pre-accredited member of NAPCP and abides by their code of ethics. She is available to work with individuals for short term solution-focused work as well as long term if required.

 

Nicole aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space to support her clients so that they can comfortably discuss and explore their needs. Her main psychotherapeutic approach is CBT, and she believes that with the right help and support, people can change their perceptions and develop coping strategies for challenges in their life.

 

Nicole believes that every client should be treated in a holistic way and ensures that sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, providing the best environment for the client to develop insight and personal growth.
