I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a BA in Counselling and psychotherapy. I work with adolescents and adults. I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I practice using an integrative approach, this means I can tailor my counselling approach around the individual's needs.

I primarily work from a humanistic approach, this means focusing on free will, human potential and self-discovery. My aim is supporting individuals in developing a healthy sense of self, explore feelings and find meaning, focusing on strengths. I integrate other therapeutic approaches such as CBT, solution focused and psychotherapy approaches as needed.

I believe safety and trust are the foundation of the Therapeutic relationship. Reaching out for support can be daunting and I acknowledge the strength and courage it takes. I am here to facilitate a safe space for healing for when you feel ready.
