Suzanne believes that collaboration between therapist and client is key to getting the most out of therapy. She strives to create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where clients feel supported to work through their difficulties, at their own pace. A humanistic and integrative practitioner, Suzanne tailors her approach to each individual, drawing upon different therapeutic orientations such as CBT, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy to help clients understand the source of their distress. She seeks to help her clients build up their own strengths and resources to make positive changes in their lives. Suzanne has experience working with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, work-related stress, grief, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, relationship issues and personal development.

As an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Suzanne works in accordance with their code of ethics and practice. She is committed to professional development and attends regular supervision. Suzanne holds a first class BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College and a Diploma in Traumatology & PTSD from City Colleges.
