Biography:

Rachel Barnard attained her MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling in Dublin, Ireland. Her training is Humanistic and integrative, with a person centred approach.

Through her work she has delivered counselling in centres specialising in suicide prevention and cancer support, as well as mild to moderate psychological challenges.

She has helped clients previously with on anxiety, depression, grief, struggles related to neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, loneliness and more. Rachel is from Cavan and is working towards a specialisation in Adolescent psychotherapy.
