I am a qualified psychologist and coach. I hold a master's degree (MSc) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rotterdam and a bachelor of honours degree (BSc) in Psychology from Erasmus University College. 

 

I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and subscribe to the Divisions of both Counselling and Coaching Psychology (BPS). 

 

My Approach 

I am deeply passionate about helping individuals improve their mental well-being and empowering them to overcome obstacles and live fulfilling lives. Everyone can get a little stuck with how to live a life aligned with what is meaningful and important to them. 

 

In our personal and confidential sessions, I aim to create a space whereby you feel comfortable opening yourself up for greater self-improvement and growth. 

My approach to therapy is founded on collaboration, empathy, and respect. I aim to create a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship with each client, providing a non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, valued, and understood.

 

I appreciate the uniqueness of each client’s experience and try to tailor my approach based on individual needs. I will use different therapies in our sessions, such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

 

I believe in a holistic approach and the importance of the mind-body connection. As such, I hope to help you gain insight into the root causes of the challenges in any area of your life and provide you with practical tools and strategies to create positive and meaningful change. 

 

With a focus on empowering individuals, I strive to help you build resilience, enhance self-compassion, and foster personal growth. I also firmly believe in the power of present-moment awareness to cultivate self-compassion, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance overall well-being.
