I am an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, drawing on theories of Personal Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and Attachment theories to aid in understanding and supporting of others. I graduated with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2022. I have since worked with adults 18+ in private practice in person and online, while also working within areas of client risk assessment on a daily basis.
As a therapist, I believe that every individual's journey is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to healing and growth. My goal is to create a compassionate, open space where we can explore your experiences together, understanding your needs, values, and goals.
